Multilocus was requested by the Australian Bankers’ Association to provide event management for a Workshop to be held in Melbourne on Broadening Financial Understanding. This involved coordinating the venue, catering, and producing and coordinating all the audiovisual needs.

Multilocus researched the background to the material to be discussed at the workshop and provided the following services:

• Workshop Facilitator
• Filming of all speeches and presentations
• Still Photographer
• Set-up of venue
• Table plans and seating arrangements
• Registration and name tags
• Production of PowerPoint slides, lectern banners and workshop signage.

As part of our package' of service, Multilocus reviewed and edited video footage taken during the day and produced a DVD and VHS of the Speakers' presentations.

At the conclusion of the Workshop, Multilocus wrote the text for the Summary of Workshop Outcomes booklet. After approval by the ABA, Multilocus designed, laid out the booklet and coordinated the printing to ensure a top class product.
