Research and Needs Analysis
The most cost-effective approach to developing a product is to determine the details of a project, and then fully document it on paper, before we start production. This Research and Needs Analysis avoids costly mistakes during the production phase by:

	Precisely defining the project including the business requirements.
	Getting agreement from key people.
	Identifying the text, video, images, narration or animation needed for the final product.
	Ensuring production moves smoothly and quickly.

The Needs Analysis can also identify other uses or opportunities for the product inside the customer’s organisation or elsewhere. This often assists in developing a strong business case for the product or confirms that the product is exactly what is needed.

Documentation
The next stage in the project is to document every component. We work closely with our customer to identify the content and features needed on every page of your booklet, every screen of your multimedia project or every frame of your video.

Design
With the acceptance of the documentation, our designers work with our customers to develop design concepts for their approval that allow us to arrive at an accepted look and feel for the project.

Production
The accepted documentation determines the technical specifications, describing what will be produced and how it should look and work. At this point any photographs are taken, video and audio material is recorded. The content is incorporated into the product following the specifications outlined in the documentation. Depending on a project’s size and complexity, we may break this production stage into a number of milestones and customer acceptance points.

Testing and Quality Control

Evaluation
Within four weeks of every job being completed, we contact you to make sure that you are entirely satisfied. We can also undertake a complete evaluation of the acceptance and uptake of the product, check that it is achieving the results you want and if necessary recommend modifications and enhancements.
